Lovely restaurant, clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, solid tables and comfortable chairs. Food was cooked to perfection and portion sizes were good. They even have freshly made desserts. Staff are friendly and attentive, really made our night. Restaurant is child friendly, has wheel chair accessible. Toilets were spotless. Well stocked bar and drinks were properly cold. Parking available. Allergy advice available. Highly recommend.

We have used the Golden Well for several years now and always have a great time. Alan and his team are fabulous hosts, super attentive and want to ensure you have a great time. We generally visit as a group of 8 or 10 of us and have set menu to share, there is always plenty to go round and the price is very reasonable. I can highly recommend this restaurant / take away.

Wow ! Food amazing , the welcome from the manager Alan and his daughter was so refreshing and we hadn’t booked. A beautiful evening of the best Chinese / Cantonese/ Oriental food I have had in South Wales. Spotlessly clean and service was exceptional. Look forward to visiting this gem of a restaurant again soon with family. Seriously tasty food that was cooked with love and care . Thank you

Ok so, had a great welcome on arrival. Nice atmosphere and quite pleasant layout etc. Food was tasty and plentiful. Wine was reasonably priced and adequately pleasant. The four of us enjoyed immensely , helped by Vivienne who is a gem.
